Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of AFIF GROUP LLC. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from www.afif.uz and iOS application.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, AFIF GROUP will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

AFIF GROUP LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from AFIF GROUP LLC is 3 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 3 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@afif.uz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
